Our Focus

We have acquired both individual facility assets as well as portfolios spanning multiple states as well as internationally. We seek reliable regional or national operators that are well-capitalized with a history of operational and clinical success and lease the facilities on a long-term basis.

We also seek alternative healthcare assets that share similar characteristics as seniors housing and long-term care facilities, including purpose-built primarily for a fragile patient population, operators may be partially or wholly government reimbursed, and real estate with high barriers to entry (Certificate of Need).
